研究方向为颗粒工程学 (Particle Technology)。研究化学工程中的颗粒问题☎，涉及颗粒制备、性能设计、控制释放、稳定分散👩🏿‍💼、无机包膜、有机修饰、吸附净化💜、包覆造粒、熔融造粒、流态化等内容🧟💇🏽‍♀️，研究工艺设计、过程优化、新型反应器及工程放大，颗粒尺度从数纳米至数毫米👇。承担国家级科研项目8项👊🏼，省部级👨🏼‍🌾、企业重大和重点合作项目30余项，获得省部级奖项4项，多项技术成功实现产业化⏩。指导博士生👨🏽‍🦰🦔、硕士生毕业30余人。发表学术论文100余篇🏄🏻‍♂️👦🏻，SCI收录60余篇，中国发明专利10余项。
